All The Lovers

Today, Kylie Minogue's video for All The Lovers and it is absolutely perfect. The video not only goes perfect with the song but more importantly gives a perfect intro into her direction for the upcoming album. Take a look:

All The Lovers

My Synopsis: For those of you that don't quite get it, she is, like her album title suggests, Aphrodite, the goddess of love, beauty and sexuality. So as bizarre as the video seems, she's the goddess and she has landed and it shows the affects of her arrival into the world. The crowd of people also, further push the themes of Aphrodite, with the crowd being a big bowl of love, beauty and sexuality. Im guessing that's where the albums focus will be, that of love, beauty, and sexuality.
I think the video is just perfect. And it truly warms my soul in anticipation for her new album and tour.

So, did you guys find this tasty?

Arrested Basketball Wife

Apparently just last weekend, the Basketball Wives Reunion was taped and as with all reality show reunions, drama definitly unfolded. It was taped in LA and apparently Suzie Ketcham was taken away in cuffs. It all started when the groupie and queen of plastic surgery Heidi Montage Sandra, showed up on set as a surpise guest.
When Sandra showed up, Suzie stormed of set in an angry rage but later returned with, of course, a bucket of water. She of course aim she water and Sandra who then tried to go after Suzie but slipped and fell and then was treated by the parametics and taken away on a stretcher. Suzie was then cuffed and taken away for questioning. Sandra's last words were, "call my lawyer." Episode airs, June 20th.

Sooo Delicious Mixtapes

I love remixes. I love them especially when dying songs are brought back to life with them, or when songs take on diffent feels or even different meanings. So every once in a while, i scour the net for releases of some of my favorite tracks or even just really good remixes of songs i've never heard. Then i pile them onto one cd for My friends and I to listen to. I do not own Any of these remixes and i have left most of the Dj's names so that you know who has ownership and so you can also look up other remixes by these great Dj's. Commander Remix

All be honest. I think the track is complete garbage. I feel the beat doesn't go with the vocals and i really dont think she shoulda put Nelly on the track, it was more suited for Ludacris. But, that all my opinion.
I think Kelly should forget about urban radio all together and focus strongly on dace tracks, its obviously her strong point. I really hope she nails it this album. And where is our video??? link provided by BlazingSwarm.

Happy 21st Brotha

Today the alcoholic, big-headed, go-getter on the left is celebrating his 21st birthday. Though you may or may no know him, he is one of a kind and honestly deserves your blessing. So, take a moment and wish one of my best-friends a happy birthday as he ventures into the dangerous world of legal drinking, public indecencies, and drunken moments that are sure to come. Happy Birthday, Smith Baxter Williams

Te Amo Official Video

Here is the official release of her new video Te Amo, and i must say, i like it 10 times better than Rockstar 101 which you can also view here at the sugardome. Take a look:

Please, tell me, did it satisfy your sweet-tooth?

Do You Know This Man?

Do you know this guy?? Ill give you a hint: he shot 9 times In Da Club, and still won't stop making music (and horrible video games). That's right, its 50 Cent! Believe it or not, Fiddy took these pictures on the set of his new movie, Things Fall Apart. In the movie he plays an ex-football star who is diagnosed with cancer. He lost 60 POUNDS for the role and is on a strict liquid diet. I guess he thinks it will get him a oscar....hehee...hahahaha, bwahahaha.....
Things Fall Apart is set for a 2011 release.

The Return Of The Wild Wild West

Kanye West is back, and has left behind his Auto-tune machine to bring us the things we miss about him. His flow has returned as well as his samples. It's a very good track addressing mostly his "haters" and the most recent events of his life. I love it, his cockiness boldly taking center stage again and the aggression of the track is so relieving. Because, honestly, that's what we love and hate about Mr. West.

So here is the new track 'Power' by Kanye, the first single from his future LP, Good Ass Job.
Power By Kanye West

New Eye Candy

You may remember him from So You Think You Can Dance, but in case you don't his name is Blake McGrath. He was a dancer/choreographer who is now trying his hand at a singing career. His first single, The Night, shows of his primary skills, which are his dancing abilities and his looks. They more than make up from his lacking vocal abilities and he definitely has the chance to become something large especially with since the leading men in music are nowhere to be found (uh, trey songz, sit down, you too neyo....)

Here's the video for This Night.

Well, what do you think? Think he'll make it?

Cant Be Tamed Snippits

June 22nd marks the date that Miley Cyrus officially shows why she Can't Be Tamed. The album doesn't sound half bad. I like the feeling of each song, with the exception of the Brett Michael's remake, 'Every Rose has its Thorn' She stays reletivily light throughout the album. Im not interested in listing to the full tracks or the album. But, for those who are interested, heres the link to the 30 second samples.
Can't Be Tamed

The Dessert Tray

I've decided that since i listen to a ton of music that every week, i would post my top favorite tracks of the week, and what i absolutely cant stop listening two, whether good or bad, or old or new. So here comes: The Dessert Tray! yum :)

California Gurls - Katy Perry

I wasn't in love with this song at first, but the more i hear it, the more i like it. It's destined to be Katy's next big hit and im very excited to see the video for it. I also like the feel that Snoop brings to it. Very nice.

Get Sexy - Sugarbabes

This song is simple. Pure pop, nothing too crazy going on. But, just puts me in a mood and im ready to take on the night life. The Sugarbabes are the UKs Destiny's Child, minus the lead BEY-OTCH, they have had tons of line-up changes and still puttin out hits. This isn't their best work, but i still love the song.

All The Lovers - Kylie Minogue

I Love Kylie. She's absolutely brilliant and beautiful, and she reminds me that there is definitly and art to being a pop sensation. The more i listen to this track the more i love it. It sorta puts me in a place, lying in shallow water on a a white sand beach, blue skies... I just love it, its purity is daunting.

Lift Me Up - Christina Aguilera

Absolutely beautiful song. It's what we love about Aguilera, her voice. I really love the lyrics the most. I will say this, I like the live version for Haiti better than the album version and i strongly recommend listening to that version first before hearing the cd version.

XXXO - M.I.A.

This is one of those songs i just can't get outta my freakin head. It's a good track from the UK princess, but something everyone will fall in love with. Its fun for her and i love the track. Not my favorite song, but def gets stuck in my head.

Honorable Mentions:
Hello, Goodmorning Remix - Dirty Money ft. Rick Ross, Nicki Minaj
Woohoo - Christina Aguilera ft. Nicki Minaj
Shake them Hater's Off - Kelly Rowland

Aguilera on Idol

Last night Aquilera, along with other special guests, made an appearance on Idol. It seemed to be the first good thing to come from the artist since her Bionic era began. its no secret that Aguilera's strengths are her ballads and thats what she showcased here. Im glad she did it, its one of my favorite songs off the new album although i would have preferred her do "Lift me Up" which she did for the Haiti relief telethon. Ive put both vids below.

American Idol

Lift Me Up

Janet Jackson On Idol

Ms. Jackson killed it last night. She stated in a recent interview that she wasn't planning an new album anythime soon, but this alone shows that shes got it. That's always the question when artist reach beyond the years of 40, but i strong believe that Janet has atleast one more major record under her belt. Anyway, the beautiful and always entertaining, Ms. Jackson.

Sneak Peek: All The Lovers

The thing that brought me to Love Kylie first was her videos. The visuals she always brings to her videos are distinct, always different always, always beautiful. After looking at this sneak peek of her new video "All The Lovers" my heart beats a little to know that i will indeed get to witness a new visual dessert! I'm very anxious to see the new video in full, but this snipped is the perfect preview for me, unlike the few I've seen recently from other artist. For those unfamiliar with some of her greatest video's, take a look below, after the Sneak Peek.

Chris Brown and Tyga Videos

Bff's Brown and Tyga have released their mixtape and have also just released two new videos for the promotion of the mixtape. They both seem to be a waste of money to me but "No Bullshit" seems to be the better of the two, showing a sexier, racier side to Brown. I don't know if its the dark tones or the smiles and giggles in between but the video comes off more scarier than sexy. Either way, i kinda like it.

Bionic Album

For those of you on the fence on whether or not to buy the new Christina Aguilera Album, i have decided to give you a full preview to help make the decision. below, is the full Album that leaked and im offering it for you guys as a preview only. With all of my leaks, i encourage everyone to support our artists and to purchase their albums and singles.
I absolutely love the album. Im actually very surpised at her choices in lead singles cause they don't really reflect the feel of the album. Its ambitious to me, not as much as i would have liked but, i think the US has been a little hesitant to accept the Europop sound fully and i think it will more with this album and help put the US back on the map as the leader in music. Make sure u take a listen to Vanity. Its my favorite.
Bionic
what do you think of the new album???

Rockstar 101

Here is the Premiere of Rihanna's new Video, Rockstar 101. It's a great video, i absolutely love it. But, it seems to be the same type of video that I've seen from her last three releases. It reminds me very much of Hard and Rudeboy. I wanted something a little fresher. Maybe, its suppose to be like that. Dunno. As always, please leave a comment, tell me what you think!!!

Lohan's Interview

Lohan, decided to give an interview on current issues concerning her most recent actions. It's clear that the interviewer, was reading someone else's questions, but i still thought they way the questions were being asked were not only slopped but also seemed to be sort of attacking. i doubt we will get that new Lohan album this year and who knows if we'll get to see the movie Inferno (lohan plays a porno star), but, i hope she gets it together, soon.

Nicoles New Single: Nobody Can Change Me

Nicole has decided to give it another go at a solo career. I don't think the song is horrible, but at first listen i wasn't a fan. I think that if she had the original line-up of girls, dancing around her in the back-ground lip syncing that this could be a new Pussycat Dolls hit. Their hugely themed empowerment songs are always impersonal and this one seems impersonal too. If she wants to go after a solo career she really needs to buckle down and sing a song that really means something to her.....in my opinion.
Nobody Can Change Me
Oh, and if you haven't heard, even though she's venturing out with her solo effort, there is a new line up of Pussycat dolls, ranging from "So you think you can Dance" constant losers, to Girlicious contest losers, and even a back up dancers. It looks like the perfect format to me. Four girls who wouldn't dream about fighting for extra spotlight because now, they are the big deal. I feel sad for the girls, cause i think they signed up for a failed project. At least they'll get a cute check.

Aguilera Wins Spring 2010 Diva Award

Since the premiere of her Bad Romance Human Nature Not Myself Tonight video, Miss Aguilera has got nothing but bad press, from her video, to her caddy comments towards Gaga. But, the sun does shine after the rainstorm. Today i give Gaga my first every Diva Award for the 2010 Spring Season. Runner up was, Lohan for criminal acts. Right here you can view the moment that got Christina the coveted award.

Well....SAY SOMETHING!!

Been A Bad Girl

Nasty Girl, Khia, is back wit a new song, titled "Been A Bad Girl". The grossest rapper alive has surprisingly got a little hit on her hands but i just dont think its enough. Her audience wont pay the track any attention. It's a little comedic to watch because all the make-up, props, and costumes can't hide those glittering gold teeth or that hood interior that cannot be removed. She's still Khia. Anywho, here's her new video for My neck, my back part 2 Been A Bad Girl.

All The Lovers

All The Lovers
Here's the new Kylie Minogue track titled "All The Lovers" from her eleventh studio album Aphrodite due out July 2nd. This is a wonderful track, So sweet and delicious. The thing i like most about this track is that it has Kylie written all over it. She's being true to herself without changing her style or flow, its pure Kylie. Which also happens to be the thing i dislike most about the track. We've heard the sound before and i want her to really push it and make the U.S. wake up and say "Yes, Miss Minogue, we hear you". It is a great track, but I fear it will fade out with all the new music hitting the market right now. She has a lot of little girls (Britney, Gaga, Cyrus, Kelis, Kelly) to push out of her way if she wants to get back to the throne and be the official seat-filler for Madonna.

Kelly Rowland Artist Of The Moment

As you all know by now im OBBSESSED with Miss Rowland these days. Here are a few pics from here recent Cosmo spread.

Here is also a sneak peak at her new video Commander!

Your Love is My Drug

Im not sure why Ke$ha bores me, but she simply does. I think her music is great for playing between the good songs in the club, the time you need to go smoke a cigarette, order a drink, or fix your make up. Anywho, here's her new vid.

Alicia Keys

Here is the new Alicia Keys Video. Really, like this one. I hope it can pull some more steam for her current album. It needs it.

The ArchAndroid Review

I must say, that after listening to this album i am unbelievably amazed. This is one of the most refreshing albums that i have heard in a long time. It's so different and stand on its on. I wont say this is for the mainstream ear, but it is something that you should definitely give a listen to. It's reminiscent of Lauren Hills "Miss education" but not in a replicating way. More in a way of its uniqueness and how solid the sound is. It's hard to even characterize the style, or styles, that Monae has decided to use on this album. The album is promiscuous in its choices of genre, but it is something so out of this world. Geez, it makes me trip on my words as i type this and let these lyrics and melodies flow through my head. The soul of early Michael Jackson, the heart of Lauren Hill, and the vision and daringness of Andre 3000 the Love Below mixed with little bit of cuteness from Gwen Stefani's "Love, Angel, Music, Baby."

Some of my favorite stand out tracks, are Cold War which is a fast paced track that owns this "cool" factor and makes you feel hip as you listen and question "what AM i fighting for?" and it goes hand in hand with the cd's lead single "Tightrope" and track with a throwback feel to it that makes you feel good instantly. But don't let these tracks give you any idea to whats on the album, cause although is themed, neither track helps to understand the album.
Another Great Listen is "Oh, Maker" which i only wish was a longer track, "Come Alive" which makes you start think, is this the same girl on all these tracks. Wondaland, which is so light and sweet and happens to be my favorite track on the album for some reason. But prob one of the best tracks is "Say You'll Go," which is so pure and absolutely beautiful. At least take a listen to the album and go out and support the artist. I definitely am.

Unedited Gaga Performace

Miss Gaga is not too happy about Fox cutting and editing her performace on last nights idol. It didnt feel very Gaga and now i understand why. She comments minutes ago on twitter:
@ladygaga FOX POORLY + AMATEURLY edited+cut my performance/musical arrangement on idol. Watch real version.

So of course, i have the the real version ready to view, below.

On The Set Of Commander

Yesterday Kelly Rowland began shooting her Video for Commander! I'm so excited that everything seems to be falling into place. Now all she needs to do is find a title for the cd and get a closer release date. She looks absolutely stunning and I cannot wait to see the final product. She seems to be surrounding herself with a good solid team. Guetta with production, Fatima Robinson (most of Aaliyah's choreography, also did Dream Girls choreography) is providing the moves, and Japanese director, Masashi Muto is on deck. Some of her friends came to the set, including Rico Love who penned the track and former band mate Michelle Williams. Of course, as soon as it hits, you can find the video here at The Sugar Dome. Pictures provided by Rap Up.

Alejandro

Tonight, the infamous Gaga performed her new single "Alejandro" on American Idol. Although by far not my favorite performance by her, it was still the best thing on the whole season of idol. Frankly, the show is hitting a downward slope and is just plain boring. Anywho, here's the performance if you missed it, or just wanna see it again.

The Return Of Limp Bizkit

Remember that trash band that had a couple of songs that refused to get out of your head back in the day, around the time when Britney Spears was still apologizing for doing it again??? Well for some strange reason they are back and this will either depress you (if the news of their return hasn't) or make you jump for joy, but they are exactly the same....musically. Fred announced that their new album Shitty Musik Gold Cobra will be released sometime later this year around September. He also said that they will be staying the same, which seams dangerous seeing as how music has changed drastically since then. But, then again, there is nothing quite like them, out there right now. So, maybe this is there golden moment....who knows.... anyway, here's their new track Why Try.

Real Machete Movie

Back in 2008 Tarantino and Rodriguez directed two Grindhouse film together. If you watched in theatre, They also included a variety of fake trailers similar to the ones at the beginning of Tropic Thunder. Well now, Rodriguez has decided to make one of those fake trailers, a feature length film.
Machete is a about a Mexican renegade who is hired to carry out a murder contract but ends up being double crossed. It's a throwback vintage style film so not really for everyone but I believe it will be awesome. In the trailer below, you will see alot of familiar faces with roles in the film. I'm very eager to see this.

Cant Be Tamed

Alright, so alot of us watched Miley Cyrus premiere her new video this evening on E! and i must say it was pretty cool. Shocking or suprising? No, by no means. What made matters worse, was the horrible interview she gave giving excuses for her work. It's a video, let it be. Let it speak for itself. For those who didn't watch, here is the video. I've seen Cyrus dance before, and the director did a good job of making her look as if she could keep up with the best of them. Like I said, i like the video, and kudos to Miley, for growing up...the right way. Very similar to Spears when she did Oops, i did it again. It was Sexy, but not too much for parents to pull their children away from the television. Here ya go folks.

What d'ya Think??

Another Kelly Rowland SneakPeek

Another Track for Kelly Rowland has leaked online thanks to ileak.com and it is called "The Sound" produced by David Guetta. It actually gets me even excited about the new album! Althought its just a snippit, it sounds pretty good. I really think this could be it for Ms. Rowland. She really seems in her own lane this time.

Download here:
The Sound

So, What d'ya Think?

NWA Movie

The screenwriter of World Trade Center will pen Straight Outta Compton, an upcoming biopic about infamous rap group N.W.A.

For those unaware, N.W.A. was a group formed in Compton, California, by late rapper Eazy-E in the 1980s. The band eventually counted amongst its ranks such individuals as Dr. Dre, MC Ren, and rapper-turned-actor Ice Cube. The band – which attracted accusations of anti-Semitism, homophobia, misogyny, and pro-violence from its critics – broke up in the early 1990s following internal fighting over royalty disputes and related personal issues. Following the tragic AIDS-related death of founder Eazy E, the group members eventually reconciled in public over their troubled past together.

The question i have is will this film be pushed towards the african-american movie, or everyone because, sadley, that may depend on how good the film is. Im still a little worried that a production company might consider putting money towards the project. Who knows, this could end up being a really great film.....maybe....

Commander

If you still haven't heard Kelly Rowland"s new track "Commander" it is simply amazing and i cannot get enough. i just hope she does and video and gets this new album underway (its still untitled) before the single looses its steam. Take a listen here

Why Dont You Love Me

The new video by Beyonce entitled "Why Don't you love me"? has leaked today, and i must say it is stunning as always. As much as I am a huge Beyonce fan i was a little exhausted at hearing about another video to be released. I'm more excited for her to continue to produce great music but im now getting the feeling that she might be saying goodbye for a little while and is leaving us a extra video footage to keep us company. Hey, maybe we'll even get that video anthology we were promised. Anywho, another tasty treat from our beloved Beyonce Sasha Fierce Honey B. B.B. Homemaker.

Born Free

Soooooo, M.I.A. has released a new video that will definitly not sit well with a lot of people, especially non fans. With all the Gaga's and gaga wannabe's out there pushing the envelope, M.I.A decided to rip the envelope wide open and set it on fire. This video is definitly looking to get banned in a couple of areas. So while it's still available, here's the new vid, Born Free.

M.I.A, Born Free from ROMAIN-GAVRAS on Vimeo.
